Job Description:

A professional online customer service and junior business development executive. This position is best for someone with high energy, who is great with people over the phone in American style of communication, organized and creative. Previous experience in healthcare, marketing, technical support or customer service helps but is not necessary. We are seeking a person with a commitment to growth and excellence.

Candidate must be professional, efficient and function well under pressure. Some duties will be work on websites, social media, use basic software and technology. You may be asked to follow up with clients, do vendor and errand runs, start miscellaneous new projects and other office tasks.

You may also work as an executive assistant to the owner. You will be in a challenging position with ongoing responsibility in a constantly evolving and improving office. We need someone who can follow the office manager rule, clients’ requirement and job guidelines to achieve the goals.


1. Technical support including creating, watching, distributing, updating and reporting on clients ticket

2. Instant response to clients through phone, email, fax and discuss the acute issues raised.

3. Demonstrate through web meeting products and services to the potential, recent and established clients and win their support.

4. Schedule meetings with potential and established clients through email and phone.

5. Confirm the meeting of onsite team in advance and report out

6. Contact potential clients and win their support for products and services. Targets available on demand.

7. 24/7 shifts available and management can decide about the shift and its rotation.
